Manifesting Your Dreams – Choosing to be Present over Suffering

A former client of mine sent me the link below to a TedTalk on YouTube called Free Air.  Buddy Wakefield offers his thoughts, often with humor, about a very simple way to stop the suffering – Just Breathe. By suffering Buddy means all the negative thoughts we have about ourselves including our mistakes, our lack of whatever, our “not good enough” (my words).

This 20-minute video is all about being in the present moment by the simple act of paying attention to our breath. A great reminder of how simple it really is and how breathing is available to all of us. I strongly recommend that you find 20 minutes to watch this video… it was a great reminder for me!
