The Happiness Tree

Julio Olalla, founder of Newfield Network,, describes a happiness tree as not beginning with happiness. The roots of the tree are acceptance. Out of the roots grows the trunk. The trunk of the tree is gratitude. Out of the trunk grows the branches. The branches are joy and out of the branches grow the leaves of happiness. Leaves are the temporal part of the tree and come and go. So, first practice acceptance and then be grateful for what life brings. Joy for life will develop from there and happiness will be the result some days or parts of every day. This is only one of the ways of being that Julio taught me in my ontological coach training. Do you agree with these ideas?
