Your Physical “survival”

While I like to be active, an actual “workout” is not my preferred activity. I have my routine … walking, rebounding, a DVD workout … pretty usual suspects. I was invited to play racquetball recently. I had not played for about 30 years … I hesitated. I chose to thrive and said yes. Quite a test! Surviving would have been to continue my “routine” workouts. Thriving stretched me (literally) to the edge of my physical shape. While I had some discomfort it was the good kind of discomfort … you know the kind that “hurts so good”! It inspired me to explore stepping back into the racquetball scene which will move me to thriving… physically! Who knows, maybe I will become a “workout queen”!
