Using Intuition in France

Using Intuition in France

I was traveling in France on a Sunday morning. Four of us had just left a tour group to travel around France on our own for a week. The guide warned us that all shops and restaurants would close at noon, so we should stop early for lunch. We lost track of time as we enjoyed the countryside and suddenly we noticed it was 11:45. I paused and reflected and said, “I feel that around the next curve there will be some food stands on the side of the road.” Doubt showed on the other faces in the car. As we rounded the curve I was pleased that my intuition had come through with our lunch. We found wine, cheese, and bread at those food stands and had a great picnic!
