Using a Question to Support a Group in their Focus

Many users of JICT Images have shared how asking a question before participants or a client choose an image can support the group or client to focus. Sometimes there are so many topics to be discussed, there is a need to “choose just one”. As the leader, coach, facilitator… whatever, you can consider a great question to ask as a way to support choosing a focus for the client or group. Ask them to choose an image that provides an answer to your great question. The client or group can quickly and easily see/hear the choices as they are shared. If it is a group, participants discover how much they already agree or they discover that other conversations are needed before they can truly find their focus. Have you tried this idea? What did you learn? How did it work for you?
