Habits Trap Us Within Certain Emotions

We survive by our subconscious habits… our way of seeing the world and taking action. If we pause and observe the emotions within what is happening, we allow new possibilities to come forth. When one of our habits is no longer serving, we can make another choice through accepting/allowing the emotions to be experienced and then possible choosing to shift to other emotions. We have found that images support the ability to recognize and accept the emotions that are always there, but often stuffed within our bodies and not felt. Pondering an image allows us to observe ourselves and acknowledge the emotions that may in one way or another lead us to new possibilities that support our decision making.
