Laughter as Stress Reliever

It is said that pre-verbal babies laugh 300 times per day … on average adults only 30. There is research to support that laughter is therapeutic, a healer. And, that laughter reduces stress. I’ve made a commitment to laugh more often daily … it is good for my health! How about you?

    Hello
    I think that laughter really is one of the best medicines for stress. When I am thinking about a funny situation in the past or watch something funny, I always feel a little bit better afterwards. And the best thing is that it does not cost a penny.
